Friends for Hope is an organization of adults in the upper Rio Grande Valley dedicated to helping local children suffering from cancer. The mission of Friends for Hope is to raise funds for the Vannie E. Cook, Jr. Children’s Cancer and Hematology Clinic, provide volunteers to support the clinic staff, and to help create community awareness about the clinic and the needs of the young patients that it serves.
